What Game should I stream?

Sooooo, besides streaming art, I thought about also streaming Games regularly.
The only question is, what would be interesting for you guys??
I have more games in my collection, but what I could offer is:
Slime Rancher
Subnautica
Minecraft
Tales of Berseria
Tales of Zestiria
Final Fantasy 4, 5, 6, 7, 9
Skyrim
Rogue Legacy
Stardew Valley
Feel also free to make suggestions, maybe I have that game. :)
Also, I do have a headset, but my English pronounciation isnt the best and possible that I get a blackout when I need a word or two in English. (and also kinda shy XD)
But I don't know, would you prefer if I add a mic or play not?

And I would generally say I tend to enjoy horror games... Mostly because I'm too afraid to play myself.
From those you listed, however, I think stuff like Minecraft, Skyrim, Stardew Valley, and Subnautica are fun to watch :3
My Time at Portia would also be a good choice.
