I Find it Interesting...

...at how many Furs are interested in how another Fur looks in real life. This isn't a rant, by the way. it is just an observation.
I can bust my diminutive Sabertooth tail to make an interesting image/ad/whatever and I usually garner a modest number of views and faves, and that is fine, but if I post a picture of myself sans fursuit, I get quite a lot more response. Now i KNOW it isn't because of how handsome this ol' greymuzzle looks, so it must be something else. This is open for discussion. Opinions anyone?

I actually prefer thinking thinking of everyone as their icon...

an they still wonder why I love bein' a furre... dude that was pawsome!
Case in point: The first time I wore cotton candy, and popped my head in the headless lounge. There was a loud gasp, as I assume people were expecting some cute young thing instead of this greymuzzle.
Cotton Candy is the only fursuit that should be banned as a dangerous (tail whip) weapon.

P.S. Nothing personal. I have spoken with you many times and you are charming.
I am flattered that you think I'm charming. (I'll pay you the 20 bucks for planting that compliment later.)
I have to agree with you. I've seen myself before and it isn't a big deal. A little scary perhaps. I do like meeting the people behind the fursuit so that I can recognize them later.
