Commissioners Read ~ Updates, Queue, How do

Heya guys!
So I've had a few people note me yesterday and today asking for updates etc - TOTALLY fine, if anything I encourage you to do so!
But just please do bare in mind, that there *is* a queue.
I have a Trello set up so that everyone can see where they are, and when they'll be getting worked on ~ So Please do check it before noting me if at all possible!

I don't mind the notes, but I've been having to essentially write out the same notes explaining this to a few people today, and it does take up some of my time that could otherwise be spent working on my queue.
Again, if you have any concerns, queries, worries, or if I'm taking too long for you and you want a refund, PLEASE note me and I'll be more than happy to talk to you about anything, or issue a refund if that's what you'd prefer! :)
I do commissions in the order in which they are placed, and as fast as commissioner "confirmations" allow me to, and if one commission takes longer due to slow response times or changes or tweaks - unfortunately that does mean delays for the rest of you whilst I try and focus on the commissioner I'm currently working on.
Unfortunately this just can't be helped.
HOWEVER, this same care and attention is given to EVERY SINGLE ONE of my commissioners.
So as and when I get to you, I will keep working until you are happy with it before moving on to the next person.
As it stands, I believe I'm at a point now where after the top person in my queue is completed, I can spend the rest of the night/tomorrow morning working on EVERYBODY'S sketches at once ~
Though again, please bare in mind, I only have one hand ;u;
I understand a lot of people have had negative experiences with artists in the past, but I promise you - I will not be leaving ANYBODY high and dry without their art.
I plan on sticking around here for a long time. This is my only source of income, and I do NOT plan on throwing everything I've worked so hard for away for any reason whatsoever!
I understand the anxiety and the worry, I really really do - I've commissioned people twice in my lifetime and both times got run out on~ I really do understand, but please don't worry about me, I do have a lot going on - But I REFUSE to ever leave anyone without their finished product!

I believe all of your comissioners should know about Trello by now specially since it's on your page lol I saw it and I was happy to see it since it DOES show me where I'm at, though..... I ordered a lot from you so.... yeeeaaa X'D I know mine will be slow, which is fine with me since you have that and I don't have to worry about where I'm at in the queue and not only that they can SEE how many commissions you have at the same time. As I mentioned before in the notes with you when I ordered mine, no rush since I do see you have a lot of work to do and want the best quality :3 and you're my fav
