I bought a few since I am a history buff so...kinda wish i would of used this in highschool. listening is easier then reading for me...for some reason...

nearly anything I wold suggest would be fantasy or scifi novels, either from games or D&D lore

Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman's Dragons of series is based in Ebrron, don't know what is set in Greyhawk, and the Legend of Drizzt by R. A. Salvatore is set in the Forgotten Realms. each has rules though the most widely known now is the forgotten realms. I think the first two D&D movies were set in Greyhawk but I am not sure
