Hey so if I kindly ask you to remove my artwork from X location; please do so. I am now dealing with three asshats; two on Twitter and the third being Twitter themselves. Trying to remove my artwork via official channels seem to be a dead end cause Twitter says they care, but do nothing no matter how many DMCA takedowns I formally write.
If you come to me and ask nicely to use my art then we’ll work something out, but the red line is pretending to be said characters unless explicitly stated by me you could.

I still don't see the appeal of RPing on Twitter of all places.

They automatically emailed me wanting more information and I just get this in return: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with additional information. While we have considered this additional information and re-reviewed the account at issue, we have concluded that it is not in violation of the Twitter Rules against abusive behavior.
My next thing to try is find a way to directly contact them and explain things, but not sure where to find said info.
