PC isnt turning on

I moved to 
My room had a sudden power outage overnight because the fuse "went out" (if someone could teach me the term id appreciate it haha)
The only thing that was on was my pc due to a windows 10 update that always failed so i decided to leave it overnight
My pc uses less power than a water boiler so.... nothing shouldve happened.
I guess something broke in my pc overnight, damaged the fuse and now... well. My pc wont turn on.
Ill see whats wrong when i get home, i'll return back to work as soon as i can ♡!!

Also i do not have any details since it happened while i was asleep.
I started the windows update and went to bed to come back to a room without any power.

Well if thats the case it must be either the psu or some specific parts of the motherboard
But tbh its most likely the psu
