Glad you are still kicking, but can you please give us an update on melly as well?

As far as I know, Melly is intending to approach this whole thing in a similar method as I had; doing the majority in refunds and doing art for those who would prefer the art completed instead. When exactly she is going to be able to move onto that is outside of my knowledge; she's had a lot rougher luck than I have (eg, she's currently sporting a broken leg). If I finish refunding and start doing commissions again I'll likely be helping her pay back her debts because she's getting really nervous about how long it's been like I was.

Why?

Honestly I just don't want to share an account anymore. That's the simplest way of putting it. It was a good idea and it was a lot of fun but after all that has happened I want to start of fresh with my own space.

I think FA accounts and Commissions are better separate
Easier to communicate with your buyers and to keep track of all your own things

It's true. Tracking down all of these notes has made it much, much more difficult with two people sharing an account. ><; Business wise I think a personal account will be much easier to maintain especially for when commissions open again.

Read higher up that Melly will be doing the refund thing the same way. More importantly, how is she holding up, physically and emotionally?

To be completely honest with you, she has been doing horribly. She broke her leg and will be off work for a long while which is difficult following a long period off work from depression. Things have been pretty rough for her and I'm trying my best to support her through it.

I know it's not worth much...but tell her that I hope she pulls through. Depression is the worst foe in this world.
