Time for a big update.
We know last year was a shitty one with a lot of ups and downs, and this one hasn't been off to a fantastic start overall either, but things are getting better.
While I had to live on the farm, I took a job as a pizza boy just for some cash. It didn't work out great at all and I wasn't making enough to move back to the city.
However, from that job I've made some great friends and we started our own motorcycle club, which is in the final stages of becoming official. I have family and brothers I treasure and can count on which is amazing, as I didn't have much of a social life before.
My life revolved around art and my ex mate and it wasn't healthy at all.
In this last year I have learned a lot about family and friends, and a lot about myself.
I've also been living openly as a transgender man and there's a lot more confidence when people are accepting of it, but with that comes it's own problems and hiccups. I've been finding that when people react negatively to it, I'm knocked down into that constant low I've been struggling with.
Apparently regarding the Bipolar I was diagnosed with, thats not it at all. Those ups and downs I experience have to do with my hormone levels and what I was experiencing as a 'low' was a mild dysphoria attack. Some transgender people freak out and have full on panic attacks, others just go 'low' for a week or two without necessarily having an explain.
In any case that's not important right now, but I am here to to fix EPAW.
Now that the motorcycle club can basically run itself after the work put in this past month, my participation required is minimal. I still need to be on standby in case someone has a breakdown so we can go and help, but there are enough members now so that we can take turns.
Regarding EPAW, there is a lot of damage that needs to be repaired.
What's going to happen is we're going to use the system we started with last year: One backlog per day.
I will reiterate I can't earn enough as a pizza delivery to afford a small flat, the internet connection and other things needed to be able to come to a quiet place and draw, so I have resigned there to come back to full time art.
Here is the plan:
- One backlog per day
- Large backlog projects may run over a few days
- $50 income minimum per day
- This is to afford my needs and slowly pay off debts that were made while I was in a state of unstability
- 8 hours of artwork per day
- I'm not a spring chicken no more guys, those double shifts were killing this greymuzzle.
- 5 work days per week
- I have family and social obligations to tend to, and need time to clean my place and such.
- No more 24/7 art. Thats how we burn out.
- Contact me on Telegram ectiger for new work or backlog
- I can't afford a secretary at the moment to handle that. Uploads are going to be behind.
- EVERYTHING WILL GET DONE.
- Website, emails etc are fucked
- So best thing to do while that gets sorted, use Telegram. I cant get your emails since we used an IMAP server
and the mail server has been deleted.
- If you dont remember what your commission was and you cant find an email either, you can change your
commission and I'll draw that instead.
Rome was not built in a day guys, and I'm sure removing the rubble of a fallen empire will take a lot more time before you can build another city.
Let's try out this work plan, work together and try to get EPAW back to the great place for art it was.
The best thing you can do right now is help me get your backlogs on the schedule and send a bit of new work through. I cannot work from the farm for wifi reception, personal space and noise level reasons and this flat is essential to repairing epaw.
I can NOT create art if I must go back to the farm. This is a last chance to make this thing work, let's do it.
