Terms of Service

PLEASE READ ALL THE ToS BEFORE REQUESTING ME A COMMISSION!!!!
Since I have no way of knowing if you read it or not, starting 11/16/2023 I will ask randomly (I may or may not ask you) a question about the ToS to confirm that you read everything (◡‿◡✿)

I HAVE A TELEGRAM CHANNEL!!! There I post all my progress, sketches, news, etc. to keep you up to date!


Before commissioning you should know that I suffer from PTSD and generalized + social anxiety, therefore keep in mind the following:

-Please don't ask me all the time "how's my commission going?" I mean, you're free to ask! Just don't do it every day/week, it's understandable that you have questions and I'll be there to answer them! but doing it so frequently can stress the artist ;__;
It would also help me a lot if you checked the journals, Trello and the Telegram channel, they are always updated! (づ^ω^)づ ~ ❤

-First of all be nice! Don't try to intimidate me or something like that, you will only scare me and I will end up blocking you. I always try to be very kind and understanding so please be me too! X3 ❤

Fulfilling this we can fix any problem in between! (*≧▽≦)/ ~ ❤


Basic Information!

-If you dont read the ToS and / or I notice that you haven’t read them, I will cancel the commission blocking you without the possibility of commissioning me again... SO READ THEM!! (⩾ωO)/

-I'm mainly an SFW artist!

-YES I work on some NSFW commissions, if you want to request one you have to be a patreon in the RAMEN tier ($25)

-The estimated time for all commissions is 2 months! ≧◡≦

-For third-party commissions you must send me their Furaffinity username AND an alternate contact (email, telegram, discord, etc.) and the wips will be sent to that person so they can check all the wips. If it's a surprise YOU will be responsible for checking all the wips and letting me know if something is wrong.

-If you have a time limit, even if it's more than two months you MUST let me know! so I can organize myself according to that time (^ω^)

-I don't work without 100% of the payment

-I do refunds but it can lead to a permanent block so think carefully before commissioning!


I DO NOT WORK ON:

-Fetishes in general.
This includes: inflation, vore, baby fur, watersports, genitals or breasts of enormous sizes, excrement, transformation, choking, asphyxiation, hyper muscle, hyper
fat, sexual gore, etc.

-Topics that may offend or hurt other people's feelings (racism, ridicule directed at a certain group of people, etc.) I don't want to get involved in those things.

-Drugs.

-I consider NSFW: male / female genitals, nipples, sexual relations. If you have questions you can ask me!


I WILL DEFINITELY NOT WORK ON:
-Stolen Characters, Rape (any kind of force), scat, bowel movements in relation to scat/ watersports/ vomit/ gas ect. Feral animals sexually, pedo, zoophilia…


Sending A Commission Request

-You can request more than one slot and more than one commission! (◉ᴥ◉)

-Please don't ask me for my opinion if you haven't paid the commission yet, that's related to the design and is a big effort (TT‸TT)

-I don't give advice or opinions on the design of your commission/character without receiving payment.

-Please try to send me all the information in a single note or in a telegram message! also if you forget something let me know but just try to send everything together xD

-I can work with artistic freedom if you want! ₊·*◟(˶╹̆ꇴ╹̆˵)◜‧*･

-If you don't have a reference sheet, don't worry! as long as you have character art where it's visible what I should draw it will be fine! (^ω^)

-I don't work for free so please don't ask! and don't haggle with me either, it really bothers me ಠ~ಠ

-I may refuse to accept your commission (or I may cancel it if it's paid) if you are especially rude and/or impolite when requesting it (this includes complaining about prices, waiting time, payment methods, etc.) ˇ︿ˇ

-Payment methods:
PayPal
Aritm / Bank Transfer
Ko-Fi (the payment methods accepted there, has a 5% surcharge)

Post-Payment

-I don’t accept commission changes unless 3 months have passed, you can only change it once! so choose well! ლ(ಠ ε ಠლ)

-You cannot change a commission for auction commissions (YCH, adoptables, etc)

-I rarely accept character changes when it comes to reference sheets but still ask me! maybe accept~ (⩾ωO) ~ ❤
(I mean "I don't want that character anymore, now I want this one!" I already had bad experiences with this)

-Again! Pleeeease don’t ask me every day/week about the status of your commission or where you are in the queue! the waiting list, the telegram channel, trello and my journals are public! (⌐■_■)

-If you’ve paid me and haven’t broken my terms, I WILL finish the commission so don’t worry x3

-If you broke any term I will make you a refund canceling your commission!


Refunds:

-If you paid me and I'm not going to work on your commission due to disability or any other problem, I will reimburse you (｡◕‿◕｡)

-If you request a refund but I have already started with your commission, the refund will be partial, discounting what I have already worked on ☉▵☉

-If 3 months pass and I still haven't started your commission, you can ask me for a refund without necessarily leading to a block (✿◠‿◠)


Commission Completion:

-I will never give clients the SAI. file or PSD. file Only PNGs! (╭☞ ͡⎚ ʖ̯ ͡⎚)╭☞

-I’m not obligated to post your commission in my gallery (❍ᴥ❍ʋ)

-If I miss a detail featured in the reference/s provided, please tell me!!

-Once you receive the commission, you can post it, use it as an icon, write stories for it, ect! always giving the corresponding credit to the artist (even more so if you leave a link where to contact me!) ❤ (> ε O)

-My sketches cannot be recoloured / copied / traced / worked over / used as a base by you or other (even less without my permission)

-In the case of stickers I will send you a sticker with my logo, you MUST add it with the sticker(s) with no exception ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ


About My Characters~

-If you want one of my characters included in the commission, I’m willing to negotiate! Just let me know! OwO

-Keep in mind that I will NOT draw my characters in a situation that compromises their integrity. They must be in-character at all times~

-I accept gifts that comply with the rule above (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄


Artist’s rights! (´• ω •`)

- I reserve the right to post alternates of the image behind a paywall on such websites as Patreon (alternates with changes like background, color desaturation, filters, etc. I will never make alternative versions that may be offensive to the commissioner)

- I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions. (ㆁᴗㆁ✿)

- I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude or have been known to back charge commissions once completed. (｀Д´)

- I have the right to cancel a commission and block you if any of my ToS was broken!

- I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. Portfolios!


Commissioner’s rights! (´• ᴥ •`)

- You may post the finished commission to your gallery as well, crediting me in the description. You may make prints of the work for personal use only!!! (≖ᴗ≖✿)

- You (the Client) are not allowed to edit the work, but you are allowed to crop and rezise the artwork to make wallpapers, forums banners, Icons and other images that have non-commercial purpouse! (✿╹◡╹)

- You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes (#｀皿´)

- If you don’t want the commission is published, no problem, just let me know! X3


About The Artistic Process:

-Before starting to paint the drawing I'll always consult you the basic sketch since the changes are made only at that stage, if after starting to paint it you regret and want to make a change I will charge you an extra for that ⊙︿⊙

-If the error was mine I will not charge you anything. (◡‿◡✿)

-Please have your ideas well thought before asking me for a commission, if you don't know what to do and you are going to ask me for several sketches, it's logical that I will charge you for all the lost time ●︿●

-I'm not going to make changes to the commission that compromise my style, before commissioning please check my gallery! ◑.◑

-I don't make changes to the default background of certain commissions (for example stickers and references) as this is part of my style ಸ_ಸ

-Only minimal changes or character details that have been lost/confused will be made to the sketches, bigger changes will be charged extra (″･ิ_･ิ)っ

-Commission changes are generally free at the sketch stage but if you start asking for too many changes and too often I will have to charge you extra (as a reference to more or less the 4th time you ask me for a change. 4 changes and 4 times asking for changes is not the same!) ミ●﹏☉ミ


EXTRAS! (★^O^★)

-Don't edit my commissions, it's strictly prohibited to do so, I consider it a lack of respect, you can ask me to edit something but don't do it on your own!

-If you are VERY in a hurry to receive your work you can always pay 50% extra of the total commission price and I will start it at the moment but the maximum quota per day for this option is 1 person per day so I can work with others in the list and not leave anyone out! (≧∀≦)

-Any disrespectful comment will be eliminated and depending on the level of disrespect you can be blocked, causing you to never commission me.

-The prices are set by my cat, Natsume, he also supervises the commission process, basically he's the boss so please don't complain about prices to me, there's really nothing I can do about it ฅ(^•ܫ•^)ฅ

-All questions about the commission that you commissioned ask me by private messages. Make them in shouts, comments or any public means is a reason for permanent blocking and cancellation of the commission. (ಠ ∩ಠ)

-Don't rush me, if you're in a hurry with a commission, let me know before asking for it and tell me date you have, then I'll see if I can take it or not. If you don't tell me later, you can't ask me to hurry. -`д´-

-If it takes more than 3 months I will give you a gift as compensation (the type of commission (or options) will be chosen by me) (♡´౪`♡) (This does not include if the client has delayed the commission process by not responding, not sending the reference, etc.)

-If you come from someone I blocked to ask me to unblock them please don't do it, if I blocked them it was for a reason. Please don't insist! (Please don't ask what happened either, that's a problem between them and me)


To End!
-If you break any of these rules while i’m doing your commission, I’m not obligated to finish it. (ﾉ･ｪ･)ﾉ

-If for some reason you don’t agree with my ToS, just don’t commission me, don’t write to insult me, less appreciate me, tell me how to do my job, etc. Each of these clauses is specially designed to avoid problems for me and the client, all of them have a reason for being and I will not modify them for your opinion so don’t waste your time fighting with other people and boiling your blood, just go and commission another artist! There are many people who draw the same or better than me and they will surely be happy that you choose them! (づ⩾ω⩽)づ ~ ❤

-If you violate these rules or don't read them before commissioning me, I can refuse to continue working with you. These are terms and conditions of service, when you commission me you are automatically accepting them.

-Breaking these rules can also lead to a permanent block by the artistヾ(￣o￣;)
