By purchasing a commission/ych/adopt/base from me you agree to my terms so read this please!
× GENERAL ×
• I have the right to refuse commissions.
• You are only buying the digital version, not the printed version (except if written).
• Be specific! I will not hold, details and explanations not given. That means that no corrections will be accepted in case you would not have been specified from the outset.
• Your purchase includes: The version in its original size and better resolution.
• Not always first-come, first-served. See the to-do list here.
• Base price don't include commercial use, to have it ask and be prepared to add 100% of the initial cost.
× CONTENT ×
• Digital references preferred.
• Can work off written/description reference for additional fee.
• Not Safe For Work and SFW are accepted.
• Simple background (plain color or gradient) is included in the price of every commission. But it's totally up to you if you want it or not.
• Complex backgrounds are not included in the price.
• 15% fee to keep your commission private.
× PAYMENT & REFUNDS ×
• Payments accepted - PayPal (commissions@kotokki.fr), CB, Stripe, Throne Wishlist
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.
• Payment must be paid in full before I start the commission.
• Payment plans accepted starting at 100€/$.
• I'll add you to my to-do list here. once payment is cleared and details are given.
• After payment I send a sketch, you can ask for big adjustments. Once you validate it, you'll be able to ask for small edits on lineart but after this step no edit accepted.
• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received and before starting the commission unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
• If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will
be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore (commissions, adopts...).
• For auctions: DO NOT retract yourself or you may be blocked.
♦ On your first problematic transaction you'll receive a simple verbal warning.
♦ The next time you back down from the auction you'll be blocked and loose any future opportunities to buy art from me.
× WORKING TIME ×
• The estimated wait time is 1 month maximum, putting in the worst cases 2 months. I always try to give everything as fast as I can!
• Feel free to check out my to-do list here. to view the status of your order.
• If you need a rush delivery there will be a fee to do so.
• If you don't hear anything/receive an update from me after 2 MONTHS please note me!
× COPYRIGHT ×
• You may not claim the artwork as yours.
• You may not resell the artwork for money, points, or any other type of currency without asking first.
• You, as the commissioner, are allowed to re-upload my work. As long as you; Credit me in the description of the piece you are re-uploading.
• The art belongs to me, so I can do whatever thing I want with it, always giving credit for owning the characters.
• You can not edit, draw or anything like image without authorization.
• The illustrations always carry my signature/watermark.
