I moved to 
If the winners reference does not fit 3 simple rules listed in the description (SFW, clear, flat colored) I will have them pay the difference between the amount of money i shouldve gotten from them and the amount im now getting from the previous bidder.
I will not make use of this rule if the tounge color of your character is missing or if you only have a nsfw ref and you ask if its okay etc beforehand. The ref having to be clear is a pretty free rule, but im not inhumane lol.

Theyre simple
And if your reference looks like its drawn by a 3 year old, is cut off at a part that id need to see and shaded (best with black) i will fite you.
I cant really always tell people bidding to give me their reference beforehand since i cant always be awake and tell them if they may bid or not that would DEFINITLY lose me money.
And i would love to put up examples of bad refs, but i cant take already existing ones of other artists since thats mean.
I will think about this more but for now except stated otherwhise

Im probably gonna forget about this... kind of did anyway i dont remember when i wrote this xD
it could drive away commissioners, even ones with proper refs if they get confused or something or if they dont agree too
your venting is understandable, it really sucks when people dont pay attention to simple rules. and working from shaded refs can be impossible sometimes
More halbody shaded fetish images (not hardcore) that are badly drawn and cut off at the forehead and shaded and and and.
Or just not getting a colored image at all and just getting a sketch etc
Also the driving away is something i had in mind too, hence the "im not inhumane" etc
We shall see. Maybe i can think of something more practical
then you don‘t have to risk getting anger and stuffs
most refs arent that bad
like a shaded actual ref (if the character doesnt have gradients) is fine by me
not seeing some detail that has to be described okay
but legit "bad art" (the art that isnt made for artistic reasons but fetish) and plain uncolored stuff or just full on porn images
