Terms of Service 2018
I reserve the right to stream all commission work I receive. If you do not wish to have your commission streamed, please let me know before work begins.
Please read this Terms of Service carefully. This should answer questions that you have and make your commissioning process much easier and more enjoyable. If you have any questions that are not covered here, please feel free to contact me to clarify.
You may reach me via FurAffinity notes or Discord (Beez #7270).
REGARDING PAYMENT
♠I require 100% of payment before work may begin.
♠I use the PayPal Invoice system, with the exception of PWYW streams. Sending me money outside of this system does not constitute commissioning me and will be regarded as a tip or refunded. Sending me money this way multiple times and insisting that it is for a commission will result in blacklisting.
♠Issuing a charge back after work has been completed will result in blacklisting.
♠I use money for bills, impulse decisions are on you.
In short: pay your invoice, don't do chargebacks, don't expect work to start until you pay me, and PWYWs work a little differently.
REGARDING ALTERATIONS
♠Let me state up front that I am usually very easy to work with, and do not mind making alterations. However, due to time constraints, I ask that you let me know about any issue as soon as humanly possible.
♠If you want WIPs at every stage of the process, please let me know. I update my Trello as frequently as I remember, but sometimes I forget. If I put a note in your file to send a WIP at every step, you can rest assured that I am looking at that note every few minutes of work on your commission.
♠If you approve a WIP then realize that an issue is present that is not an error on my part (ie, an unclear reference image resulting in a slightly different build for a tail), that is on you. Altering lines and more takes time that I cannot afford to spend and disrupts my queue. This does not apply should I make a mistake that needs correcting.
♠If you consistently ask for edits after approval, I may turn down work from you in the future. I only have limited time and my art is already quite cheap for the time I spend on each piece.
In short: If you approve it, it's on you. Have a clear reference sheet and explain any deviations from that reference sheet before I begin. Make sure I understand what you want by double checking Trello.
REGARDING COMMISSION TURNAROUND
♠I try to move as fast as possible while ensuring an excellent end product for you. Unfortunately, I am still a slow artist.
♠Expect your commission within 2 months at the absolute latest.
♠Check my Trello.
♠If you ask me for an update more than once a day, I reserve the right to refund you.
In short: Patience. For like 2 months, then get angry.
REGARDING RIGHTS TO THE ART
♠I have 0 issue with you uploading the art you have commissioned, but you must link back to my page to credit me with the creation of said image.
♠You MAY NOT sell the art as a print or as a portion of a book or other media. When you commission me, you are purchasing the creation of said piece. Copyright of the image belongs to me.
♠You MAY sell the art as a portion of selling a whole character, for no more than the price you spent on it.
In short: Don't try to make money off my art. Credit me and link back to my page.
REGARDING COMMISSION SUBJECTS
♠There is a list of things I will not draw. You can refer to that list here. If you have a commission that you are unsure I will be willing to do, please ask. I don't judge your fetishes and life, I'm just a little vanilla myself.
♠I may draw somethings outside of my own comfort for friends in commissions. This is because this can be a safe space for me to explore those things. This doesn't entitle you to those subjects in your own.
♠I will not draw a character that you have no rights to. This includes characters with a traced reference sheet. References of other characters as an idea are acceptable for character creation reference sheets.
♠I will not change my style to mimic another artists. I will choose one of my styles that best suits your idea and will help you idea come to life.
In short: I won't draw stuff that is beyond what I am comfortable with. Or things that bore me too much. Or stolen characters.
REGARDING CONDUCT DURING COMMISSIONS
♠Don't use slurs during the commission process. Doing so will result in a refund commensurate with the degree of work done and an immediate cessation of work.
