Small update! The survey I posted a couple of weeks ago is closed. Thanks all for the feedback. I'll be making a journal post in the near future with some interesting findings as well as future developments. The other piece of news is that I'm opening a request form! I've always official and non-officially taken requests with the caveat that they may never be written. Here's the disclaimer from the request form itself:

"Ever wanted to see me write a transformation story about something specific or not so specific? Now is your chance to submit an idea that may or may not be written depending on my mood, schedule, other writing requirements, so there's no guarantee anything submitted will ever be written! That being said, some previous requests have been written years later and who knows? I might just like your idea that much that I'll write it sooner rather than later!"
