OC wise i have two

I heard Alolan Ninetales have some good icy powers and can be quite sexy when anthro

I happen to have a Alolan Ninetale character who can also be an icy kitsune when not a pokemorph

Well, Frost from Mortal Kombat pops to mind. Is that weird? I mean, she was in like 2 games in the series.

Also, Adventure Time has the Ice Queen.

Let's not forget Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill!

She's a good one, uses ice powers focused on use from a tattoo centered above/between her breasts, has a sexy streak a mile wide too. Might be a little insane anyways though, in the awesome kinda way.

Killer Frost from DC (the ORIGINAL icy comic femme fatale, debuted 2 years before Emma Frost)

Powers wise probably Mei from Overwatch, Shiva from FF, Celsius from the tales series and if you want to go Mythical, Skadi goddess of winter. Can't really think of any characters that have an Icy Personality though.
