This just in:
I'm going to keep this as to the point as possible; Buyer Beware.
My experience was that the artist not only did a poor job listening to directions, but they were given multiple visual examples of my fursona, which they completely ignored. The finished product not only looked absolutely nothing like what I paid for, but despite making an arranged project completion/payment date, the artist rushed the project and demanded early payment with a bonus.

Frustrating personal note
Not only did they swindle me for double what we agreed upon, but I was constantly smoking them up and buying the beers.
One time, they begged me for a smoke up, and I was like, "fine, but I'm taking it to the tail, and by that I mean I get last hit, We are finishing the bowl.
Then they proceeded to go "uh-huh, yeah, uh-huh, oh yeah?" every time I tried to speak, and pocketed half the bowl. That was like, 5 hits man! What a selfish prick!
I'm really beginning to not like otters, man...
