Pregnancy- I always was interested in pregnancy since I was a child and I can't help but view pregnancy as the ultimate act of love. Any two people can have sex, but to make a child is something only those who truly love each other can do (at least, should do). I also love how pregnancy affects the women and it's something only they can do.

Birth- Those nine months are up and the women endure great pain to bring new life into the world, something they may wish to do again despite the apparent agony. It's also a moment where a woman has no choice but to expose their vagina to other people, and soon that vagina gets stretched.

Testicle Worship- As great as the penis is, the testicles deserve more love. They're the closest equivalent to breasts for men, and they have the very important function of producing sperm which results in the above two fetishes upon sex.

Ballbusting- That said, I can't help but enjoy watching the happy sack endure abuse, specifically from women lol I guess it's because the testicles are such an important organ in the grand scheme of life, yet they dangle below men exposed to all sorts of dangers.
