Shoutout to all artist friends in case they've been having issues with their tablets recently due to Win10 fuckups:
Enter the command as explained in this article and then restart Photoshop/CSP/etc. to revert the recent buggy changes to the pen drag/panning system!

Downgrade to windows 7
Have a Windows PC you treat like a console, and do no serious work on, and another PC you actually use for everything you care about.
That said, a ton of games exist for GNU/Linux (but not for BSDs)
