First off, you can get a refund through PayPal within 6 months of making the transaction, so, always push to have everything done within that timeframe.

I make notes of dates, amounts, and I probably should get emails too, in case of this sort of thing happening.

First up,  takipsilim , I talked to him for a little, seemed cool, responses weren't too spaced out, made the commission, and he was here and gone, here and gone, blamed it on mass power outages, which I think is pretty BS that someone would have a level of technology and the luxuries of a computer/tablet and be without power 90% of the time. In between the time I made the commission and him finally disappearing for good, he uploaded roughly a dozen (give or take) pictures, most of them being personal art or gift art, over a paid commission. By that time, it was too late to get a refund. Just passed the 3 year mark a few days ago.

and the second of 2, being one a lot of people know,  naomy. I tried long ago to get a pair of pics from her, gave up waiting after her only showing up once in awhile to do big art dumps, got a refund. Well, she was a bit more active, and taking more coms, so I tried to give it another shot. A bit later, I noticed A LOT of people starting to out her for continuing to take coms with a some-2 year backlog, and by that time, it was too late. Highly doubt anything will be done, dunno if PayPal could mass-reverse transactions with enough proof, but digital art with them is a touchy subject.
