Stay tuned for a totally unimportant announcement!
So I submitted a story for the first time in Lord knows how long. And I discovered that quotation marks among other characters are coming up as that little "?" symbol after uploading the txt file (I always do that for folks who don't have Office).
Is there some way that I can avoid this happening? It's breaking the flow of my story.

Use LibreOffice. Microsoft word is garbage.

I was using Google Docs, which I copypasted to Notepad. This comp doesn't have Office.

I use google docs for my stories. It’s alright to just copy and paste the shared link as long as you make it public to view.
