So my Wacom decided to stop working yesterday, and I tried everything, plug and replugged, redownloaded the tablet driver and restarted, and then it finally worked when I went through services.exe and restarted it that way.
BUT...
I'm not sure how to explain, but the tablet driver is *there* but its...choppy? Like, there's a lag when I put the pen down and it's all f'd up.

Measures meaning I discovered that I have USB ports on both sides of my computer and my 16 yr old self was stupid
