Might be in response to the horse animation since its human on horse, people probably view it as rape since an animal can't really consent.

As I have said in the note I sent you, the best and safest course of action is to steer clear of humans x ferals. They are controversial on furry sites as well, and Inkbunny has humans in erotic situations outright banned. I don't think it is a coincidence that Patreon gives you grief shortly after posting your second human animation...

I would agree. They could say it promotes bestiality, and therefor be against their terms.

In November last year, Patreon announced they changed policy regarding Patreons' sexual themed content. Things such as: bestiality/zoophilia, rape, incest or any heavy or drastic sexual acts are banned from Patreon. For example the game called Cloud Meadow removed any remaining mechanics that may have hinted there is such forbbiden content in game and add new mechanics that assured there is no incest or bestiality. It did change their update plans, but safed them from suspension of their account before Patreon started checking accounts out.

Even though your content didn't have rape, but it did have bestiality themes in latest animation. That suspended your Patreon account, not rape. I hope your issue will be solved in your favour.

I would understand if that was the case, however patreon have stated it is my non consensual content, and not bestiality that is the problem. So I'm working to find out what they deem as non consensual.

It would be clear if they showed exactly what they considered to be non consensual. You may try asking them, if you didn't do that already.

On the other hand bestiality is considered to be non consensual, because an animal cannot tell out loud it agrees to sexual intercourse. No facial/emotional expression of the animal is valid in that case.

Well, I think that would have been the first noticable violation of rules if they saw latest animation. They did say bestiaility was forbbiden, therefore there was a big chance your account would have been suspended anyway unfortunately.

I hope after removal of disallowed content or clearing situation out they would let you keep the account.

You would have to read the rules. They specified what erotic content is not allowed, it doesn't matter if anthro characters are involved or not.

Actually, the bestiality definition requires a human participant. So if it is an anthropomorphic creature you are in the clear, as they are a fantasy species that doesn't exist in the real world. Their main beef is with content that features humans.

What about imaginary creatures that closely resembled to real life animals like unicorn? Like if patreon actually suspended Animatic because of the horse, will that be happening again if he added the horn?

It would still have the human in it...the human is the main issue.

The adult content is tolerated as long it is not illegal in its character depiction and doesn't involve real life imagery. What's more adult content cannot be public and must be patreons access only.

Maybe don't add a preview on Patreon just use links to the content you want to show to avoid confusion I see this to much how Patreon intend to have double standards at some times. Well I hope you get ever thing work out I love your work and hope the best for you

I talked with Maxime Tony to warn him about suspensions of adult content accounts. He allowed me to share his experience about the matter:

"(...). As a matter of fact, I was already contacted by Patreon team reguarding some issue on my page some month ago. The issue was the adult content was made public, which is forbidden.
In general, the adult contents is tolerated as long he is not, illegal in his character depiction, and doesn't involve real life imagery. My creations are all computer generated, the characters are technically puppets, and so far I haven't involved forbidden sexual contents on my page. And since that event, everything adult isn't public anymore, but patreon only. (...) If like me they were making their creation public but are NSFW, then it's the issue. Though they should have got a mail from a patreon staff. At least that's what happen to me, and he explained me the NSFW not to be public thing. "

Thank you very much for sharing this! None of my nsfw posts are public on Patreon, and I didn't receive a message from them before suspending me sadly. I think best case scenario for me at this point may be that removing my human content will get the page back online. Patreon are rather inconsistent with how they deal with nsfw so it's very hard to plan for any of this.

Maxime Tony also said this: "(...) If all their creations are switched back to "patreon only" and they mark their blog as NSFW, they should be ok ^^" He has content involving humans ( a lot of it tbh) , but his account is fine. Patreon employees even came back to him to say his account is ok after changes he made.

I'd still try to get some response from Patreon about what they consider as "rape/ non con" you mentioned earlier.
