Emergency - NEED HELP!

So as some of you know I live with and take care of my disabled/blind/handicap father.
I've been trying to get him into an apartment so that he could be in a better environment.
He's saved some money on the side to put down the deposit that we were told was $200
I got called this morning saying they want the deposit ASAP to keep the apartment we have picked out on hold...
And they're saying it's not $200 it's actually $400...
SO..
The landlady is trying to get the company that owns the place to work with us, but it' doubtful. They're being real dickfaces right now.
So I need help..
I have some money in my PayPal, but if I took out everything I had to help with the deposit then I'd have almost nothing left.
So I am OPEN FOR ALL COMMISSIONS!
