People want to leave me because they believe I only care about myself, and I feel horrible about it. But, the truth is I seem like I don't care about others because I feel as if they don't care about me... :(

Dude, CP, stop making excuses. If you want people to care about you, show that you care about people. They feel you only care about yourself because you've done next-to-nothing to prove that you care about others. There's no evidence supporting your claims, while there's plenty supporting their's.

Well the point still stands. If you need help, just admit it and look for it. There's no shame in it, especially in regards to your mental health.
