Ok so that was the most stressful week and a half I've had in a while. My Patreon is now back online.
When I was suspended, I was contacted stating that my page contained non consensual sex. The next email stated this wasn't the case, and that it was actually my character Pepper which is not allowed on Patreon as no nsfw content of an animal is allowed (I could list about 100 Patreons with that kind of content but seems I'm unlucky). I removed Pepper from Patreon and FA and asked for my page back. The next email thanked me for that, and asked I make 2 nsfw public posts, patreon only. I did this, and that's when out of the blue my page was blocked without any warning, after fulfilling Patreons every request. I was very lucky that whoever was dealing with my account was then out of office, and someone else picked it up, they reactivated my page for me and now here we are.
Message to patreons:
Thank you so much for those of you who stuck with me, your faith in my work is incredible and I literally couldn't survive without it! Through my suspension I have been working on the next months animation, you will all still get the same amount of content despite the downtime. I have had to remove Pepper to allow my page to be reactivated, I'll be working with Patreon staff to find a version of Pepper that they would be happy having on their website.
Thank you all for your kind words and support through all of this, you guys are amazing! If anyone has any questions about this process or the future of my Patreon, please let me know!

I know it was mostly because of their view of Pepper, but was it specifically the Human/Pepper animations, or were they uncomfortable with just a sexualised animal on their site? And do you think you'll be able to use her again in the future, though I know you said you'll be talking with the staff to find a version they are comfortable with.
(Worst comes to worst, if it comes to not being able to use her on Patreon, you could do something like host it externally, similar to what animator Tasuric does with his works, and just provide a link or something involving as a password to patrons. Just an idea but hopefully it doesn't come to that, and Patreon leaves you alone)

I'm saying that as somebody who also produces content that involves ferals and humans, yet I manage to fly under the radar because my works aren't visual and I have very few patrons. That being said, as I said in the note I sent, I have cleared my entire Patreon gallery of human x feral stuff, and I'll actively avoid posting NSFW stuff with my cheetah there as well. And even if you do find a workaround, who knows what sort of triggered asshole you might get on patreon, and then this whole ordeal starts again ? Or if Patreon further tightens their rules in the future? I really don't want to discourage you; I have a fondness for mares, and Pepper looks gorgeous and deserves to still be animated by you. But I just don't want to see you get into trouble because of some knob heads who are out there to get you. I wish the world wasn't like this, but sadly, it is...
Regarding the horse model Animatic, too bad effort put into it was wasted. You would have to completely resculpt, retoplogy, texture it again and then animate it to bring it back to Patreon. That will take a lot of time.
Just a thought to solve a rather messy situation :/

The laws in California. This isn't to do with cartoon animations/art though.
Animal sex acts are a misdemeanor.
Sale and distribution of animal pornography is legal.
So if the real stuff is legal to sell surely art and 3d cartoons are.
It is Patreons choice, it does make sense to protect themselves from possible future law conflict, even if it's 3d cartoons and art... I agree with that.

Not sure if that will affect 3d cartoons and art though.
Actually according to what Patreon have told me, all mlp content is not allowed on Patreon too, it's all very messy and there is no clear rule to follow though. They said they review these situations on a case by case bases, meaning even they don't know what rules to follow exactly regarding this content.
