I do not feel so good mentally

because of all shit that has bombarded me in the last few months and other people's psychological problems do not help me too so I need a break

Previously today I have received a letter from the municipality where they say that I am going to a psychological examination

here's what they write in it the first piece of the letter

¨The patient [my name here] is now 27 years old, referred to a general study with overall assessment of functional ability in suspicion of autism or other basic psychiatric disorder.¨

...so I will just ask you guys am I mentally ill? do you feel that I'm mentally ill or is it something wrong what they say ??
