Frosty-Mage from tumblr asked: Who is furtronix?
Furtronix isn’t a who. It’s more of a what. It’s a state-of-the-art sex toy R&D company. Making and testing the very latest and greatest things on the market and lots of ~vigorous~ testing.
Their tag line is:
Furtronix: The Future of Pleasure, Tested on Animals
Located not to far outside a major city, the Furtronix company has a multi-building complex sitting on several acres of rich green space. The pristine location was chosen as a reprieve from the more serious work going on inside.
I’ll have to assemble a neat and tidy world-building post, but you can search the Furtronix folder to see all the current art for it in the mean time. So far there are a few pictures of the staff, and two patient stories (nsfw).

Basically, I needed some sort of justification/explanation for a lot of ideas I kept having, so I came up with the evil sex lab idea. That spiraled way out of control and became it’s own little universe of perverse pleasure.
There is a great quote from Mythbusters that sums up the idea I started with, “Remember, kids, the only difference between screwing around and science is writing it down.”
These ones are pretty good too, though:
“Remember, kids, in order to perform science, you need patience… patients willing to be subjected to dangerous (sexy) experiments.”
“In the spirit of science, there really is no such thing as a “failed experiment.” Any test that yields valid data is a valid test.”
Anyways, I hope that gives you a good idea of what I’m (slowly) producing art about. I'm open for any questions relating to Furtronix stuff - here in the comments or PM me.
