Any thoughts on my Commission Info? Would really like to open them up soon but I'm really nervous about it. >w<

Oh gosh uh, I don't know if I'm the best person to ask. I've had awful luck, no one buys commissions from me I either haven't found the right audience, or no one is interested in my stuff, or I'm not a good artist.

If I have any advice, it's have a clear TOS and make sure your customers know it and are cool with it. Then stay true to it.
Never get guilt-tripped.

Also have an honor system, commit to your commissions and if you can't, or a long period of time has gone by with no delivery, offer refunds in full or partial if some work has already been done.

Build connections with people, get to know other characters and situations as you expand on peoples ideas, offer discounts from time to time or to repeat and loyal customers.

Host a raffle every few months, build and attract an audience. Increase your prices as you improve, at least once every 18 months or a year. If you haven't made any progress, don't increase, perhaps even decrease.

Those are my suggestions off the top of my head, mostly because that's the game plan I tried to use, for some reason I'm not doing so well. Hopefully you have a lot letter luck, which I think you should because your artwork is really nice and you're a very sweet person.

I already have a TOS there that I feel is pretty clear and thorough, and I'm working on the "build connections" thing as best as I can. xD
