SOOOO it turns out my home internet is just really REALLY not stable enough for streaming. 'o' Unfortunately this means artwork will have to be done mostly off stream until I return to college in September. Now for a few of my commissioners who specifically want me to stream their work, I can arrange 1 on 1 streams through Join.Me that shouldn't put nearly as much of a strain on my internet, but big Picarto streams? They're kinda no possible in my current state. Sorry guys ;v;
