Last year we had to have half the roof replaced, I'm nowhere near finished paying that off and now we had to have car repairs done. Just figured out how to pay for that.

Of course then we find out that the roof is leaking in an area the insurance company refused to cover last year because it wasn't visually bad. Well, now there's no doubt anymore. Hopefully they will cover some of the costs, but I expect it to be another large hit
