Mostly to replace my previous journal. Things got better, then got bad again.
To challenge myself, I thought I'd try a little experiment and draw yinglets for people. I've verified, and
valsalia is okay with this. I love playing in other people's IP way too much and it usually bites me. Hopefully not this time
They're going to be quick pencil sketches, something I wouldn't want to charge more than $5 for, so I don't want to be spending a lot of time. I need to tighten my draw-scan-upload cycle, so some might actually be digital, but they're all going to be the quality level of things in my Scraps folder, or less. That's why they're free.
It is also, a little game and procedure involved.
Step 1:
Watch Futurama Season 7 Episode 13, the last segment. Realize that you will not be Bender. Here's a link that might survive a few minutes.

Step 4:
Realize and despair of receiving anything remotely as good as those. Even of the possibility that those sopretty Lady yinglets would even look at the hypothetic yinglet you might request. For I am offering to draw only male yinglets. Preferably unskilled ones. Also, I'm not that great of an artist.
Step 5:
Comment below, clothing optional. As in, if you include a link to an image of clothes I might optionally include them. A pose or a suggestion of what he is doing might help, as I have no imagination. Also, I'm willing to consider X character as a yinglet. If non-male, will be made male, per step 4 above.
If I get more than 10 requests I'll:
1. Faint
2. Post a link to my hidden ko-fi page
3. Use a randomizer because I don't think I can do more than 10, but you never know.
I'll try to do them in order, or most interesting, or something. If it goes more than 3 weeks, I might not be getting to yours. Life is kind of beating me up and silly looking yinglets make me happy, so this is to cheer myself up more than stress myself out. Which is why it's free, because I'm going to function at maximum flakiness on this. Oh, and permission granted, always good to ask!

Howzabout a clumsy milkman yinglet dropping bottles while attempting to deliver them on his rounds, and possibly crying over said spilt milk? (Are there any yinglets which are not clumsy...?)
Also, I'm totally tickled that because I've been enjoying your recent yinglet pictures, and that you thanked me for liking one, I came here to reply to your thank you and stumbled on this journal.
So thank you in advance for any pics that may be forthcoming, (And there is, of course, no obligation!) and for the pics which you have already done for others here...! Free art is a great thing.

You did a wonderful job. It came out better than I could have imagined, and your art is just great!
As for clothing, he wears a rather wide brimed hat, mostly because too much sunlight bothers his pink eye, so a hat helps keep the sun out of his eyes. He has a grey cloth band tied around the end of his tail, just befiore the start of his tailfluff, said band holding a mixed collection of blue and pink feathers. On his feet, he has wraped a strip of brown leather, so as to make shoes of a sort, to protect his feet from the road surface. He is wearing a simple blue skirt. *Like the one Brakka is wearing* A plain tunic, and over that he is wearing tan longcoat, with no sleaves, yet plenty of pockets. Just in case the view shows it, he is wearing clothing under the skirt, a fairly simple wrap. its draped over the base of his tail, then forward, between his legs, crossing over his front, before being laced at his back, at the base of his tail. It is somewhat loose to alow fredom of movement. He also has a short spear attached to the back of his overcoat, so that its not too difacult to get out, and, often enough is seen with the spear in his hands, using it allmost as one might a walking stick, or staff. The shoes are so hes not burning the bottom of his feet on hot pavement thats been baking in the sun all day.
Let me know what you think, I can posably revise the clothing if you want, and, if you wanna sit down for a skull sesion we can sit down and work out yinglet clothing posabilitys?

I guess thay could be brothers maybe? *chuckles* I had not considered that thay might look simular, I just got creative and started writing. I will admit, I did swipe your hat, cause I love that hat!
Oh dear, I just realized, hes almost the opasite in colouration than yours, where your white with blue highlights, this one is blue with white highlights, did not think of that. Sorry, did not mean to be so close in colouration, but was blue and pink, or blue and white when I went through colour thoughts. I was kinda thinking to make him look fancy and preeny, but, the ears kinda show that hes not all one thing or another.
I did want to get more thought into clothing, partly why I spent so much time on giving him clothing. His skirt, I was originaly going to make pink, well red that faded to pink. YOu can go with that if you want.
Probably brothers then, since you helped with the description of mine. The different ears are a good idea. Fluffier, won't have the hips.

Does he have zhe zhings? Is big or small, what is doing ya?
*Frequently dizzy due to epilepsy, often falls over or holds his head at weird angles when it acts up
*Mutation to have two-parts shelltooth, and one of them is cracked from falling against a desk recently
*Wears a poncho and ONLY SOMETIMES PANTS
*Epilepsy and dizziness can be calmed by blindfolding him and rocking him side to side
*But be sure to cover his eyes somehow or he'll vomit due to vertigo

Probably, since he's missing half the wing, the part that is usually the extended fingerbones, he can't really fly but could probably glide fairly well.
