give yourself a break, and don't let it drain you.
Sometimes you need to take a break from what you love the most.

But, you'll still get your inspiration back nevertheless, weather you do as i say, or not.
It always has a way of coming back to you. ^-^

Basically, write a poem about the lack of inspiration. That's how I got my start.

For me, it comes and goes. Staying positive about it really helps get you back on track.

Try finding creative outlets in other places. See new things, go new places... You never know what your next inspiration will be!

Usually I can pull something out even with nothing to work with. Write about the emptiness, the loneliness, the blank space.

If that don't work, try and do something EPIC!

I went to a good wedding recently. Playing music and really listening to each word, or watching a phenomenal movie can often get you back on track.

If you get lucky, it may just explode out of you one day; recently I wrote an entire song; bass, multiple guitar parts, vocals, and even drum all in 25 minutes.
