To start, this is not for Nimin, nor is this for a new game.
I've been in a creative slump. I haven't created anything in nearly a year. Not even commissioned something for an idea. Shit has happened, shit has not happened, and I'm looking to reset.
Along those lines, I was thinking: What do people other than myself really like, erotica-wise? What really gets them going? I usually stick to what I personally like, and sometimes I'll add in other things just to explore the idea. Occasionally I might try to cater to something others like, but I don't really know if I am.
So, this basically boils down to 2 questions:
1) What do you really like in fictional erotica? Particular fetishes? Particular sequences/setups that really appeal to you? I don't need a broad "I'll go with anything". Instead, I'm asking for you to reflect on your porn stashes and come up with an answer to "what really gets to you?".
2) What do you really like in an erotic game? Similar to the above, but I know a lot of games have come out over the years. Is there any features of those games that you really liked? Were there features you wish more/any games had? Again, I'm not saying that I'm going to spin a game off of the answers to this, but there could be some inspiration.
And for those of you that want to answer anonymously, here's a Google Form that you don't need to sign in to answer. Just has some fields to fill in for the questions above that doesn't track who you are, but still gives you an opportunity to honestly communicate. I'm not going to share the responses either, for the security of the answers. I also added the "What's your gender" question, just out of curiosity if, for example, females feel particularly unrepresented in their desires, since I know fictional erotica tends to be male-centric. On to the questions!

But short of adding a weird kind of zoo to an area, planet or your ship (and a still a load more writing) it doesn't seem achievable ;)

2. I enjoy when a game acknowledges the... Difficulties of a character's status. Tits and hips wider than a dump truck? You're probably not making it into that storefront. Granted, I understand that a game that punishes a player for achieving their goals probably isn't one that gets played very often, but for me, seeing the consequences of being 30 feet wide or having tits the size of Jupiter is half the... Fun. I suppose that's the challenge of designing and erotic game: Winning AND losing have to be equally attractive to the player at some point.
2. This one’s a no brainer for me: Bad Endings. And I’m not talking about a simple “game over” screen here; I’m talking about a bad ending. A Bad Ending is where the game gives you a detailed description of what happened after the game when you did something horribly horribly wrong. It’s basically a way to tell the player that they dun goofed.
Lactaion: like breast that are constantly filling with milk so.e times with a swelling effect
Breast growth/inflation : self explained, but love Boobs that get super big. Like imobalizingly big. Especially if the girl didn't want to get that big.
Big fat dicks: 3 feet long round and fat like a football. Feline prefered.

When it comes to content and fetishes there are a lot.

2. I like it when erotic games give you the option to disable certain types of content, which is unfortunately quite rare. Running into something I particularly dislike, especially without warning, generally results in me quitting and not coming back. This is why I can't actually play most vore-oriented games, even if they have unbirth in them. <.< Also, having actual enjoyable gameplay is a big plus, and relatively rare. Always nice to see games that have the sexual content as something other than a "punishment" for losing, too (i.e. actually giving you incentive to play the game properly rather than just losing to every enemy).
Also, I heartily agree with you on the second point: giving people a choice of what they want to see in H-Games is always appreciated!

2. Same as the above. Giving people the option to toggle content/fetishes on and off is nice to see; choosing how your character behaves is something I very much enjoy. After I defeat an enemy in battle, sometimes I just wanna cuddle with them!
Adjustable font size, text and background color selection are a plus: I use my tv as my monitor, so having big text is nice.
If i had to name favorites, however, I'd definitely put expansion at the top of the list. Boobs, butts, lips, penis/balls, vagina, even feet, I love it all. It doesn't matter if its inflation, or pure growth, I just like the idea of big things getting bigger.
I'm also really into weight gain, which is similar but should be considered distinct.
I also really like...well, the standard terms are 'orgasm denial', and 'orgasm torture'; don't really like the name of the last one though. In fact, my favourite scenes in erotic games, stories, etc. involve a disparity of power, when one character takes control of another's pleasure, preferably by magical or otherwise supernatural means, for the purpose of mutual enjoyment or enhancing the sexual experience.
The mechanics would be similar to what others have mentioned above, Elements like arousal control, induced climax on command (a.k.a hands-free orgasm), expansion or inflation of the naughty bits (genitalia, breasts, nipples, etc.), full or partial gender transformation, futanarization, and so on. But the important part for me is a positive attitude of the one controlling the changes. The can be mischievous or teasing, but not malicious.
As an example, I adored the Shouldra possession scenes in CoC, where she gets near absolute control over the character's body but uses it mostly to give the character a good time.
I hope it makes sense.
However, I'm against identity death, and would prefer that these involuntary transformation sequences not result in a bad-end, but instead encourage a different playstyle adoption by the player.
Edit: also, some sub/dom elements sprinkled in can be nice at times, if done correctly.
