Hey all,
So a big goal of mine for a while has been to get into shape. As anyone can see i am into muscle and i want to be fot but had a hsrd time finding motivation. December of last year was super rough for me and i started exercising as a way to cope. I have made some good progress since then and have gone a total of 16 weeks. Some progress i have made is.
Week 1
Barbell bench press
2 sets 10 50lbs
1 set 10 40 lbs.
Now
barbell bechpress
3 sets 10 70 lbs
Week 1
Seated leg press
1 set 10 90 lbs
2 sets 10 110 lbs
Now
Seated leg press
3 sets 10 130lbs
Week 1
Upright row
1 set 10 60lbs
1 set 10 50 lbs
1 set 10 40 lbs
Now
Upright row
3 set 10 70 lbs
Week 1
Barbell bicep curl
3 sets 10 40 lbs
Now
Barbell bicep curl
3 set 10 50 lbs
Progress is slow and the results arent super noticible but i am making my way. I have to thank
