JOURNAL STARTS HERE finally home!
trains were so fucked up today down at mine due to heavy flooding (destroyed some roads, trains weren't running, peoples houses flooded, ect. we pretty much never get flooding so it's a big issue that's its happened i think.)
ConFuzzled was lots of fun! It was really great to see friends I haven't seen since last year pretty much. And it was super nice to make new friends too! I got to hang with a bunch of new people and had some neat conversations and good times. Pretty much everyone was super lovely!
Was feeling pretty under the weather most days cause for some reason the alcohol hit me a LOT harder than it ever has before (i had three drinks one night and spent 2 days recovering after? wtf body?)
Definitely need to try and register sooner next year because I really don't want to be in overflow again. While the rooms were nice overall (nicer than Hilton imo) the mattress was basically a block of wood (my back is crying) and trekking around the lake at least twice a day is annoying. plus the whole not getting the same hotel perks despite paying the same price lol. i missed out on a few things i wanted to do merely because of the walk if i needed to go get something.
Next year I'll have my shit together asap!

i say, since the overflow hotel's rooms are cheaper than hiltons, use the extra cash from overflow to pay for the pool costs of overflow attendees, OR make overflow cheaper xD
