After using a set of student grade watercolors like Simbalion/Artist's Loft,
which I find a bit dissatisfying, as the colors pick up when I touch them if I'm not adding my DIY binder such as glue,
I'm considering on buying a brand of artist-grade water as a step on becoming a serious artist.
I've seen a lot of Youtube videos about which, yet often I see are W&Ns, Daniel Smiths, and Schminckes,
which I could assure wouldn't be available in my country, or at least wouldn't be available in small towns in my country.
I have considered buying Sakura Koi, as it was available next town over my hometown, and are available in pans and tubes.
And I could not decide on whether I should buy the pans or the tubes, as much as I read reviews of each.
If anything, are there any recommeded brands out there? The criteria I have are:
* Artist-grade, or at least better than the one I'm currently using
* Brands that are available in the Philippines
* A budget of $20 (PhP 1000) or lower
