She's had her enemies. Most of them are dead, tho... ^^;

Nope. a) She's a rare species, b) she's a Rahkaii, c) she's head of a huge corporation in all but name on her home planet, and actual head of the space division, which means she'd d) technically a Fleet Admiral, but that doesn't mean she's any good at it. :P

That's subjective, but I think so :P
21. How does your character handle emotions?
She tends to wear them on her face, or well.. her ears. No eyebrows, you see, so her species expresses itself by positioning its (large) ears

Yep, several, tho mostly in alternate realities. My favourites are roboStel, deer Stel, and bustyloli Stel :P
She does have the ability to change her form at will, however, in her main canonical version.

Hm... she might be more prone to underreacting, I'm not sure. Ask Tora :P
24. Is your charcter a criminal?
Nope, she's closer to a hero ^^;

Yep. She missed out on school life, so she takes on the look of a schoolgirl and attends with Tora ^^

Dunno. She's very intelligent, but has a tendency to say and do dumb things.

Hm, well, I had this vague idea that -- due to having helped save Existence once upon a time -- Effiss the head Spectra might have taken an interest in her. His portfolio is Life and Good, but He's also quite mischievous, which might explain why Stelard sometimes gets herself into pickles... :P

She might have died once, but she isn't dead now...
29. Does your character have a family?
Her parents crossed over to the Other Side when she was around 16 or so in her regular timeline, but not in all of them. And in some timelines she has Tora for her wife and a daughter called Cora. :)
30. Has he/she encountered any tragic times in life?
Um... yeah, I think barely escaping as servants of the Neispectra blow up your home city and most of your species with it counts as tragic... :/

Time spent with Tora and her close friends.

Tora, tho she's more a lover really (tho I guess that doesn't exclude 'friend' ^^)

She was originally a Rahkaii of Flaerah, the Spectra of fire, war and tactics, before becoming one of the few Rahkaii of Effiss. But she has a preference for electricity attacks.

Yes, there's a lot of details in my universe. A lot still missing, but a lot already in there. I'm not sure if I should be pleased or dismayed someone has stumbled on the origins of Stelard's name, tho... ^^;
And, well... yes. Being able to change your shape kind of rules out unwanted weight gain. Unless someone makes you gain weight in certain places through some contrived but interesting method. :P
And I'm glad you like the brains with naivete thing. ^^ Being a Rahkaii requires brains, and naivete is actually kind of a result of being one. See, a fully trained Rahkaii does not age, he or she just lives until something kills them, which if you think about it is kind of a cruel fate, however necessary it is for them to be around. So the Spectra decided to prevent them from mentally ageing as a kindness, preventing them from getting jaded. They don't forget things that happened a long time ago, but such things don't float up to the top of their minds in that way which can cause nostalgia or melancholy.
Deer Stel is extremely cute; the short tail, ears, and facial markings are very nice =3 (not to mention the awesome milky boobs X3)

Brains makes her someone that doesn't get annoying quickly and naivete can give her a sense of innocence, which is doubly cute in my book ;3 Though the memory thing is kinda sad, in a way, but at the same time it makes sense. And since they don't actually forget, it's far less depressing. So is Stel relatively young, at 90?
What are the Neispectra and their Nagaskaii trying to infiltrate, exactly? Going over multiple universes sounds like dieties at battle o.o
And you pretty much hit it on the head with your guess. The Neispectra, led by Nagasi, are trying to wipe out all the universes. It has been Nagasi's task since near the dawn of time, as it has been Effiss' task to oppose Her.
Ahh. Good vs evil on an epic scale ^^ Do alternate time-lines count as universes in this world too? Like, is it possible Rahkaii Stel to meet married Stel and stuff? Not quite sure exactly what you could do with that, though... X3
And I believe in artistic license anyway.
