true it is their hearts that hear, but its by not using their minds, however much the intentions in their hearts, that mess up the world we all have to live in.

people will hear, but still assume their upgraded intentions have changed or improved things they haven't.
the problem isn't just to be heard, its for people too look and see, not to the communicator, but to what is in front of them and what they are doing to it.

In my opinion the heart must work in tandum with the mind and that logic being applied must be objective. When that does not occur we get "facts" that conveniently align with feelings.
