I have no work experience as I made most of my money doing odd jobs for friends and drawing.. which kinda helps but isnt really a business job..

Personally I would suggest casting your net as far as you can. Just go on a major job application spree, any supermarket or retail position or anything else that is within your range. Someone has to call back.

I won't be lending financial help, but I will be leaving my experience, so that it might help. I've been in a similar situation.

First of all, in your situation, every minute spent on self-pity is waisted.
Take the next day out of your schedule and don't plan anything. Use this day to come to peace with yourself and accept the fact that your dad is gone. Have a long thought about him and your actual situation but you have to move on to not destroy your life. Don't do anything else on this day. Just think about it and express your feelings, even if you are alone.

Accept your dispair as a feeling and live with it, don't fight it. If you wallow in it, even simple tasks will become mountains for you.

That said, some tips to best your situation.

Write down all your costs. Then check which costs you can cut out of the budgjet. Examples.. mobile phone contracts, insurances, spending on luxary like fast food, smokes, alcohol.
It is an option to not pay bills, where there is nothing, they can't take anything. You'll get some debt, but according to your monthly 700, it will be very managable.

You do have to keep electricity and rent going, because you need those to find a job.
Rice and water is all you need to survive short term. You can pop a couple vitamin pills to not totally go bare bones on your body. (the cheap ones of course)

Finally, work is work. As long as it pays, accept the job. Take work that you normally wouldn't. When you're in a job and your situation is stabilized, then you can go looking for a better job.

So, keep your head up lad and keep fighting. You'll win, life always does.
