Reason why I ask you about Payoneer

Hey there guys. As some of you have notice I've been asking you about Payoneer lately. And now I finally reached the point where I explain you why. Though, I still feel anxious and awkward because of it.
Hi guys, my name is Maria and I'm a girl from Ukraine. Few years ago I discovered this website and found out that you can earn money by creating art.
It's always was my dream to make living by drawing stuff and learning new ways of doing it. But there was (and still is) one problem...PayPal doesn't support my country.
I mean, I can create account there but won't be able to recieve payments. But, I met a person who is now a good friend of mine who lives in Moscow and who kindly agreed to help me.
I am super grateful for his help but I'm getting anxious because I can't control funds myself. He holds PayPal account for me, and after some time he withdraw payments to his card, and after that he send it to me.
And it's sucks when I'm not sure if I reiceved a payment or not. I can't have acces to PayPal, and I can't poke him every time just to ask if he recieved it or not because that would be annoying and rude.
And this transfer takes more than just one day so I can't have emergecy money if I need them.
I've been searching for a solution but it seems that there is no way I can own PayPal account on my own untill I move (yeah, it's my goal to move to different country someday)
And the only thing that I found was Payoneer. I undestand that it's not common for you and it's not as comfortable as Paypal, but it's safe and it's working.
I really appreciate those who decided to try payoneer. Those people saved my ass in times where I just had to get payment immediatly. I wrote this just to explain why I'm asking if you'd like to try Payoneer or not. Not because I'm most comfortable with it, no. Mostly because it's the only way for me to control my funds.
So yeah, this is it. I would appreciate if those who are interested in getting commission from me would like to work throught Payoneer.
But I still will accept PayPal. But really would appreciate if we could use Payoneer.
What do you think? Or is there some other method that I didn't find. I would love to hear any adivces or opinion.

It would require some minimal technical knowledge for both the buyers and sellers but in the long term I think it's the future of international payments. Hell, I've bought furry commissions back in 2014 using crypto.

And plus if talking about working with it, there is no need to create account and order card if you just want to transfer money to someone who uses Payoneer
To be honest I think most services that work with money can be sketchy sometimes, but I would not call it "bad" only if there will be a huge percent of people who got scammed

Тем не менее, можно поинтересоваться самим процессом, как совершались транзакции через PayPal? Конечно всё проходит через посредников, но у некоторых авторов процесс отличается, и хотелось бы узнать цепочку, через которую довелось вам работать :)
И насколько я знаю, вебмани не сотрудничает с зарубежными транзакциями. Но игры через него покупать было самое оно, хах
А если не секрет, какая идет потеря через такую схему? Допустим со 100 долларов сколько получиться получить чистыми?
А комиссия индивидуально, зависит от банка отправителя и прочих аспектов. Обычно у того, кто предоставляет услуги написан процент комиссии на сайте
