Might be coming down with something nasty

Been having pain for the last few days, was to the doctors, they gave me some ointment from the pain, and mentioned antibiotics, that I wouldn't need them at this time. But now I'm starting to feel rather sickly, cold fingers and toes, hot face, dizziness, tiredness. Might have to go back to them tomorrow
