I'd offer, but I'm currently looking for a new job...
I sure hope someone wont miss their arms or legs for this position.
also i havent googled prices in every city but _usually_ for a studio in the city its gonna be 700+
1 bed room apartments are usually like 8-900+
2 bed roooms are usually 1000-1200+
3 bed rooms are usually 1500+
4 bedroom is usually 1800+
I..dunno where you're getting your prices from, but das...wrong.
._ .;
roy you do realize in a college town _which you are in_ prices are much cheaper ' w '
and in most places if youre getting a mortgage youre gonna pay like 1200 a month, 1000-900 maybe if its a small house. its not optimal if you dont plan on staying where you are forever. thus an apartment is more optimal
have you looked for houses anywhere outside of bowling green
before i got my place here i was digging around prices and possibilities in most states on the east coast so yeh, im getting my prices from the east coast.
I've looked for houses outside of this town--yeah! Fora while now actually! The prices were still around the same. Prices in Baltimore are much more steep in terms of renting. ESPECIALLY compared to houses here in OH for renting. Literally owning a house here in OH is easier on your wallet than renting--whether you're in the college town or outside it.
Arm and a leg--your prices.
700+--what, monthly?
You'd rather have an artist occupy that spot--your best bet is someone who's willing to find work there or someone like yourself who lives off of their art.
You're better off asking those individually IMO.
broski. prices are different depending on where you are. tax rates/minimum wages/cost of utilities/grocery all vary widely in price depending on what state you live in, for baltimore , 550 is below average I shouldn't have to word it out. its something most people already know. so you just sound...ignorant. saying 550 is alot when you dont know anything about the rates and costs of anything in maryland.
and the journal specifically says someone with a source of income/capable of finding and maintaining a job , who would let someone live with them who cant hold a job or get one , youd be setting yourself up a disaster :3c
Electricity is the only utility..that has to be paid for?
