I've decided to stay an extra month (maybe after the 4th of July?) for multiple reasons. One, May was really rainy, like depressing. We couldn't really go anywhere so we spent most of our time in the house. My fiance also works 12 hours a day (maybe 4-5 times a week) starting at 8pm so a majority of the day was him leaving for work and coming home to sleep till 4pm. That leaves 4 hours for us to do stuff together minus the time he needs to get ready for work. We actually got really depressed about that and he just wishes that he could spend more time with me. On the days he has off, he's usually too tired to do anything or we need to head to his mom's house to get showers (his house's shower doesn't work).
Not only that but he just got TWO foreclosure statements for the house that's getting fixed (it burned from a fire) and his current place (deceased grandparent's home). The house he's in now isn't foreclosed but the statement states it may start soon. No one is paying the mortgages for both houses because one is in need of being fixed (provided by the insurance company) and the other hasn't had anyone living in it for more than a year! So now he needs to find a temporary place that's affordable and accepts cats. Most of the places around here are either in shady neighborhoods or they're infested with bugs. He could live at his mom's for free but her husband doesn't accept cats. He doesn't want them peeing on anything even though my fiance will be living the basement he hardly goes in.
Things have been rough for my fiance and I just don't know what to do to make things better. He just wants to make me happy and spend time with me but I'm worried about his overall health. I'm worried of what's going to happen once I go back to Canada. He hardly has any money, he needs a home that can keep his cats, he has to find an immigration lawyer to help with the visa and he has to work a job that pays little and makes him work 12hrs a day. I know life can suck and that this is adulthood but come on. How many people here has had their whole house almost BURN DOWN. The insides are completely destroyed besides a couple of rooms. He's going to have to go back to school in September so that adds to the list too. It just doesn't seem fair...
I do plan on living with him at some point after I get my visa so I just wanted to say this now. Any money I make from donations or commissions will go towards helping my finace. I have no need of money except to pay for minor stuff. My mother won't allow me to give him any money at the moment but I am saving up everything I make in my bank. I want to be able to help him even though it won't be much. When I live with him, I just want everything to be stable and good for him. I just don't want things to get worse.
Anyway, sorry for being so down. My fiance got me a art tablet so I might be able to start arting again! I re-bought the program I use for drawing but I need to readjust the settings. The tablet is also different from my usual so I need to get used to it. Not only that but my custom brushes and fonts are not with me so I'll have to remake them somehow. I'm still getting used to things.
To anyone using my Patreon, it is currently suspended! I'm not sure why. It could be due to my inactivity or that my content went against the policy guidelines. I emailed them and am still waiting a response. I'm sorry for not posting anything on there. Like I stated before, last month was kinda depressing so I wasn't feeling well enough to make much art. I did create some sketches though so I will be posting them once my Patreon comes back.

About your patreon I am very unactive a lot since a couple of years not uploading content, I'm just a suporter from my fav creators, also I'm very excited to see your new sketches, hopefully if you were in a lewd mood so I heard that you got a bit depressed and it's quite understandable the way are you feeling.
And finally, I wish I could ask you of how do you make your art and which tools and tips you could reccommend to us, I've been doing the same tecniques and I haven't learned anything new during last year, for now I'm drawing my quick sketches on SAI in higher resolution and the final cut I'm applying to it with vector tools to look it like much better quality.

Anyways, I hope things gets better in your end, my best friend it's having the same situation as your fiance, it doesn't have much time to chat nor making art, I'm fine waiting and being patient, just that I miss those nights when we used to chat, I'm at college in the afternoon shift until evening, but in the other side he works all night and even 16 hours a day.
That's nice that you've been experimenting with Paint SAI. I used to use that program but now I use Clip Studio Paint (Also called Manga Studio). If I had to compare the two, I would say Clip has more features but for a higher price. It's kinda like Photoshop but for people that draw manga, cartoons, comics or other illustrative stuff. I would highly suggest it but the basic version (the one I use) is $50 and it can only be installed on one computer. I would consider saving up for it since it has a lot of cool features. Once I get back to Canada I'll post my brush settings in case anyone is interested.
I hope things go well with you and your friend! I know it's hard to see your friend since he works all night. When I get back home I'll have to make a schedule for when I can talk to my fiance since he's gone for 12hrs a night.
