What made you join the fandom and how did you come up with the design with cute lil Straw :D ?

Seeing all the wonderful art and "stuff" made me wanna join, but like also I was also curious cause like before joining I'd always hear lots of negative things about this fandom and I thought "This fandom can't be that bad." And before joining I had talked to some people who were already in the fandom and they've been nothin' but super cool and friendly toward me and many others as well. So like a friend of mine suggested I join, but I was "Don't I need a character first??" and he's like "So make one!" So like I did (I used an avatar maker from a certain site ^^; and like the color scheme was as close to orange as I could get it without it being completely orange if that makes sense. ) and it was kinda weird cause I'm like, "No one is gonna draw him, he doesn't even look all that much like a dragon, but it is somethin' different and it was my idea/design so I'll stick with him." I showed my friend the design and it was this nerd here that I got Straw's first art from and kinda brought Straw to life also he told me about this site as well. c:

Yeah I'm happy he drew him and told me about this place, but like I said I was nervous that people wouldn't like Straw at all. So I'm even happier people like him.

I usually commission art, I don't have the heart to ask for it for free, even if it's offered as a gift I still feel bad so I'd try to pay back said artist if I can. ; u ;

Now a days I say more of a video game person, before though I use to go out and skate with friends but they all moved away. I can still skate I just don't as much anymore.
