Terms Of Service
Upon reading this, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions following my work and commission services.
Any and all my rules can change at any time I choose to do so, but in general this is what my conditions are please adhere to them to commission me or to get any of my work.
I will block or blacklist those who do not adhere to my terms of service or break them at any given time, if done so I have full right to put a beware out on the client or person who has done so, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Terms for Art Services
Things refuse to draw
Things I will not draw are listed here, please be respectful of this and the reasons why (Things I will not draw are listed in red and reasons are listed in blue)
Scat
Underage/Cub/BabyFurs
Watersports
Hyper (of any kind)
Rape
Molestation
or really hardcore fetishes (if you are unsure if your fetish falls under this please ask first)
I do not draw things I feel are immoral or just pure gross in my eyes please understand that I am the artist and I have the right to refuse drawing things that go against my morals or beliefs.
Terms of Commissioning My Work
Please Understand that I am still a human being and things come up in my life and I do get ill or have things I have to do day to day, I am not a art machine, PLEASE be respectful and do not constantly message me on updates, I send updates constantly when work is started, but I do and will need time to complete work.
I tend to take at least a 1-4 weeks to finish an art piece sometimes pieces that are larger like refs or other types take longer due to being more work, I also only take a commission if I feel as if I can handle it, if I tell you I can not handle your commission at the current time it has nothing to do with you personally it has to do with my life and what I can manage at the current time.
Please check if I am open I update these things on my FA and Telegram Channel ( https://t.me/ReckiliousUpdates ), if I am open then message me on either my telegram ( https://t.me/ReckiliousArts ) or in my FA notes, please give a detailed description on what you want from me and a link to a reference sheet or a picture of one if it is on telegram.
I WILL NOT draw NSFW art for minors, no ifs, ands, or buts, If you are asking for NSFW art I WILL ask for ID to confirm your age along with something to PROVE that it is your ID, IF I find out you faked it your commission WILL be terminated and I will keep all the money and use the art I have created in any different manner I choose, you will have no rights to any WIPS or any of the art I created, if you do use it you will be outed and bewares will be sent out.
Information on references sheets, if you do not have a reference sheet I can not really take your commission UNLESS it is a custom design or it is a commission for a ref sheet, IF SO it needs to be a VERY detailed description of what you want for the character’s appearance, species, etc. IF you come to me without a ref sheet or any pictures to go on for a drawing that is not a ref or a character design I will most likely refuse your commission until you get something I can go off, because a description isn’t gonna cut in in that regard.
Do not complain that my prices are to high, I will block you on the spot no mercy, I do not care if you don’t have the money to pay for my prices I can not live on 1 dollar for a drawing SORRY.

Terms of Using the Work You Commissioned
First things first, you may not use my work in ANY commercial instances (Using it for commissions for others, Selling Prints of it, Altering it for pay for others, ETC.) UNLESS you were giving specific permission by me up front, if you are found to be doing this after commissioning me and no permission was giving I full right to take actions against you.
You may repost the artwork on your pages, BUT only with proper credit, links back to my original posts on either my FA or DA, if sharing this in groups with other please try your best to tell them who created the artwork, claiming it as your own work is against my Terms and I again have right to take actions against you
For Pay to Use Lineart bases I have made, you must follow all the rules I have place along with the post of the lineart if you do not I have right to take action against you, if I allowed it to be used for adopts, you must always give credit to me when selling the adopt for the artwork.
Terms for Adoptable Services
(this does not include adopts of spacels)
Terms of Using Purchased Adopts
Once purchased the adopt/character is your but there are some restrictions, you may not resell the adopt for more than you bought it for UNLESS it now has more art or content for the character(s), you may not make more adopts with the same markings just recolored just to make money of what I made, YOU can however change the species of the adopt IF it is not a species that currently belongs to me if so you do not have the right to change it.
Do not claim the design as something you have made yourself for you did not created it.
Other people can not reuse/remake the adopts I made for themselves to sell or distribute to others or for themselves, they belong to the person who rightfully bought them, not everyone.
Terms for Fursuit Services
Things I Refuse To Do
I will refuse service to minors under the age of 18, if you do not show proof of your age I have the right to refuse your commission or purchase of any fursuit work I have done. Any and all money must be proven to come from you for purchasing any of my products for fursuits or fursuit parts, IF NOT your commission will be terminated and all the money will be sent back to the person who have stolen it from and you will be blacklisted.
I WILL NOT take a commission for a fursuit that is of a stolen character, IF I find out you are stealing the character you have commissioned I will terminate the commission and keep the money NO BUTS. If you are commissioning the suit for a gift for the person you must prove it, if you fail to do so I again will terminate the commission and keep all the money.
I will not start a fursuit commission until 90% of it is paid for, if payments stop afterwards and I feel as if you are not willing to finish the payments I will halt all work on your commission until it is fully paid after the 90% has been paid but this is only if I am halfway through and you have not furthered any payments.
If you intentionally destroy your fursuit I WILL NOT repair it, if you suit gets a normal tear here and there form normal usages I am more than happy to help but if it is easy to tell that you damage the suit purposely I will refuse all work on it. Repairs from unintentional damage will be free for the first 2 months.
I will not make a fursuit in another maker’s style if you want that style go commission that maker even if it is cheaper for you to commission me I WILL NOT DO IT deal with it.
I have no control and what happens to your fursuit during transit I am very sorry if it somehow ends up damaged but I can not refund your for the entire suit because of the fact that it is damaged, lost,or stolen, I will not make you an entirely new suit because of this either, if you do end up with a damaged suit tho I will try my best to repair it in anyway I can.
I will NOT do rushed orders, orders that only give me a certain amount of time I will not take, if I feel as if something is way to rushed I will decline your commission.
Things I Willing To Do
I am willing to take payment plans but a 30% non-refundable down payment must be made upfront for any fursuit commission no matter how small it is, please remember to keep condates and other things in mind if you want it before a certain time.
I can do con deliveries if we happen to be going to the same con and it's done in time! But if not they will be shipped as normal after the con.
I will take commissions for suits that are gifts for others BUT as stated before I will need proof that you are commission the character for someone else and not trying to steal the other person’s character, if you fail to do so I will not take the commission, if I find out while you are commissioning me that you had lied all work on the commission will be halted you will not receive anything and I will keep the money.
Terms on Fursuits
Completion dates may vary due to complexity or things going on in my life please understand that I am not a machine.I reserve the right to refund a commission if the customer is being pushy, rude, demanding, or unreasonable. I do not give refunds once the suit is over 75% completed, finished, packaged, and/or shipped.

Fursuit Quotes are only valid for 1 month after that you may email me @ ReckiliousArts[at]yahoo.com for a new one at that time, please remember that quotes do not guarantee that you will get a slot on my list for a fursuit it is only an estimate on the price. Please put in the subject of the email what the email is for, Ex.: Fursuit Quote for (Character’s name) from (Your User on either FA or Instagram)
PLEASE warn me if you have allergies, I have many pets mostly dogs, I will do my best to keep them away from my work if you have allergies but it may be hard, if you need me to clean up the suit before shipment because of your allergies I will try to do so.

Terms of Services for Spacels
Player Owned Character Terms
After obtained from me in anyway weather it be gifted to you, bought, traded to or any other means.You must follow these rules.
Rules on re-selling/or giving away a Spacel: You may not resell/rehome or give away a spacel UNLESS You have told me upfront, gotten my permission, and talked with me about it and discussed everything with me, you must do all 3 beforehand (No if ands or buts around this, you must do this beforehand no matter what)
You MAY NOT sell a spacel for more than it was bought for UNLESS it has more art to go along with it, you also must discuss the prices with me beforehand. IF you got a spacel for free or it was gifted to you, you may not sell with $$ unless 1. It has more art than it originally came with (art that i have done for the master list/sticker pack does NOT count towards this). 2. It now has a some sort of item(s) to it now ex. Fursuit, Plush, Body Pillow, etc. OR 3. You have got specific permission from me to do so.
You may NOT get NSFW/Porn Art or Suggestive art of your Spacel in no way shape or form, this goes against all my rules on the species for the rules and basic information head here: Spacel(s) Rules and Information)
IF you go against any of the spacel species rules I have FULL right to revoke your character no matter how much art or money you have spent on it, you will be added to the species blacklist and put on a beware form.
Any and all changes to the character MUST abide by my rules as well as fit with in the lore
Terms On All Spacels
Spacels are a closed species, making your own is against my rules UNLESS I PERSONALLY have given you permission, making one yourself will result in blacklisting as well as being added to a beware form.
Spacels are to stay with in MY guidelines at all times
I will NOT take commissions for custom characters that go outside the species lore or my own personal wants for my species, you will be told straight up that I refused to do so and it is a no on all accounts, if you continue to pester me about it or whine and cry that you want it done saying that I’m a bad person just because I don’t want to change my species for you, you will be blocked, Blacklisted and a Beware will be put up about you.
I will NOT allow you to commission art/get art with my spacel characters without my permission, done so will result in a beware, blacklisting, blocking and reporting you. I’m OK with fan art tho. IF the fan art is sexual I will do the same thing as if you were getting art with my character without permission.
Harassment in anyway is not allowed in my community I will confront you for it.
