At the request of a friend, and also because it's fun, I ask you all to ask of me a deep question. I will answer the best I can.

one will give you untold fortune but at the expence of a rich man donating his entire lifes worth of money to end world hunger
The other will give you vast knowledge, you will know everything there is to know, at the expence of a doctor who would have otherwise cured all diseases

If I were to take the knowledge, then I suppose I could also cure all diseases in place of the doctor as well as fixing many other problems with the world, thus accumulating a vast amount of wealth in the process, so it would seem I get most of both worlds. But in all honesty, ignorance is bliss. Knowing everything there is to know about everything would take almost all the joy from my life. Seeing someone blush would not make me smile, I would simply realize it's increased blood flow to their cheeks. Seeing all the colors of the atmosphere would not make me smile, I would simply realize it's the way the light is bending coupled with reacting to the pollution in the atmosphere. An ocean would simply be a pool of mostly H2O mixed with NaCl as well as many other minerals, solutions, more pollution, and fish pee. I'd probably end up killing myself.
Hands down, I'll take the money. Too easy.
