- If you have anything unpaid, you can't place new orders
That also goes for dopts. So if there's anything in the unpaid bin, you need to take care of it before you can adopt more characters.

Problem solved. Otherwise its just a migraine of trouble.
I'd say about half the time people claim it while they're at work, then pay when they get off work. 90% of the time this works out. on occassion there's a "oops forgot" delay of a couple days, but rarely ever anything major.
I generally don't have issues keeping payment, this little "change" is so I have it in writing and can properly future proof myself.
