Pretty much out of nowhere my tablet has returned after having sent it to Wacom for repairs and an incredibly frustrating customer servive process. I expected to be at the very least notified of what was wrong with it and what kind of repairs would be done on it and what costs would be tied to it, but I heard nothing from them again after I sent the machine to them.

The good news is it appears to be working again. I have to reinstall all my programs and move my files back over and I haven't checked if it doesn't shut itself off after an hour of use like it did before, but I should be swinging back into productivity soon enough. Right now I'm dealing with a case of the sicks, but I'm really looking forward to feeling better and getting back to work proper.
