A notice /clearing up false information

Edit/Update: Some information has been redacted as blacklisted user's journal spreading false information about our TOS is no longer available.
We will be keeping most of the journal however as it still pertains to our TOS
For clarification of Unblacklist Opportunity
This opportunity is chance we decide to give to some buyers to unblacklist and reclaim adopt. We do not have to give this unblacklist opportunity at all.
When we give redemption opportunity to unblacklist
We only give 2 options:
REBID on the adopt they backed out on
or AB HOLD
It is person's choice if they want to do one or the other. They do not have to AB HOLD.
We DO NOT ever do SB HOLDS ever.
That is unfair to all of our customers especially when we know some save up for our adopts to bid.
And just because no one else wants the adopt, it doesn't mean we are not willing to keep the adopt. We also willing to wait for the adopt to find a nice owner.
And we have right to reconsider our TOS terms not the buyer or customer. Please respect our decision not diss us, especially when we offered a second chance.
But thank you to those who respect our tos and our decision, and for your support!

They're not even upset over being blacklisted, just because of the redemption opportunity is not what they wanted, and us being strictly business in our reply, lacking sympathy and being greedy.
We know we have difficulty conveying sympathy so us trying to sympathsize and relate with them somehow offended them, as they misinterpreted and ignored much of the conversation.
Hopefully it not get bigger though but don't know orz
You're doing business, and your behavior is on the professional-yet-personable level.
I don't think it's going to get bigger because of someone forgetting that they can't always get what they want (I.E. 'oh woe is me' pity for likely freebies).
If it does, I definitely know I'll be around to say something as a repeat customer myself.
I'm happy to know you willing to get our back. However we hopefully can stand up for ourselves, so follower not get involved with drama. Really dont want drama too as they vented publicly but we notice it after we were blocked, but as you say it might just die out.
Probably best we not focus too much attention on the situation and our worries
Otherwise, yeah, focus on what you got in front of you and nevermind someone who can't see two inches past their own nose.
And I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you; I wish they'd stop wasting our time, and be a bit more understanding.
We have mixed feelings over their response. Probably disappointed and regretful that we offered them a second chance only to get a disgust overreaction and blocked to play victim card to their followers.
But luckily the adopt they said no one was interested & same one that they backed out on has a bid now (ahem your bid) so it will find new owner soon~ So feeling a lot better thanks to you and others' encouragement.
And ah ok!
