Had a few folk asking me where they can leave a review so tada! Here's a place for it!
This journal is for those who have commissioned or won any type of artwork from me in order to leave feedback - whether positive or negative - in order to help me find ways to improve.

Very Prompt. Clear and easy to talk to.

If anything, it was faster.

For what i bought, if i recall, it was a special offer, was a very good price for what i recieved.
☆ How was the process of commissioning me? Was is easy/difficult?
Very easy. infact we only shared a few messages, edits were made when asked for even though it was a significant change (i offered to pay for this but was kindly declined)

Very happy!

Well the icon i got was exactly what i was after, so no improvements to be made there!

as for improvements I struggle to think of anything as I love your style and you handle the commissioning process really well
I commissioned her in the Cfz Dealers den (twice) one for a headshot badge (which was completed that day for pickup the next day) the amazing high quality of the badge is stunning, She truly embraced my character Aoife and brought such wonderful talent to her!

☆ Was I prompt in responding to inquiries?
YES! incredibly so, all my messages were almost instantly replied to, in a professional manor and courteous, with incredible kindness and such fantastic insight!
☆ Did I finish the artwork in a time you were expecting?
Yes!! for both commissions they were completed with incredible haste! I was stunned that the badge was completed to such an incredibly high standard in less than 12 hours!!, The beautifully stunning piece of Aoife with such detail was completed very quickly!
☆ Are my prices fair?
Yes incredibly so! to be honest they should be higher, I would happily pay double, even then that would be a low price, Your artwork is exquisite and worth so much more, It's not for me to say but personally I feel as though you should be paid alot more for such talent and amazing service.
☆ How was the process of commissioning me? Was is easy/difficult?
From the start it was an absolute dream of a process, at the dealers den a small form to fill out (what type of commission, describe what you are looking for, and contact details) only took a minute to fill out, after a quick review from IndiWolf the commission was accepted, I paid by card on her fancy card reader and received an email receipt instantly as I was stood at the table! With a grateful thank you and a pleasant smile I was incredibly happy she accepted my commissions!

5 stars!! It has been an absolute dream start to finish! I'm so incredibly happy to have commissioned IndiWolf, I couldn't recommend her enough! You will not be disappointed at all!! The process, the results, the customer service, It's all second to none!! <3
☆ How would you like to see me improve in future?
Theres nothing about your work, your service or insurmountable kindness that I would change.
My only suggestion would be charging more for your valuable time, you are worth so much more!

I’m extremely satisfied with the finished piece that Indi produced. Being a pet portrait she’s captured Maddie perfectly. Indi has been a pleasure to commission from, working timely and providing WIP shots at every stage, making sure everything was spot on.
11/10 would recommend.
Indi was approachable and friendly, price was more than reasonable and I was kept up to date throughout. Got a message when it was ready for pickup, and very happy with the end result!

Overall, great service, great art, great prices and a great person! definitely recommended and will be commissioning again in the future for sure.
Now, she's put together the most adorable and unique looking sticker pack that took my character in a direction I hadn't even considered and I am utterly in love with them. I can't wait to get more!
Indi has consistently been one of the most professional artists I have dealt with, with very clear price structure and a constantly updated progression system on Trello. Turnaround times are ridiculously fast and there is a genuine passion in the work that always makes every piece stand out as genuinely unique, with styles and influences that vary greatly in interesting ways rather then having a distinctive, singular style that risks becoming stale.
Her prices, in fairness, are an absolute steal for not just her talent but her absolute devotion to delivering a fantastic service. I could not, for the life of me, think of a more positive end to end customer journey then the one I have had with her.
She's a super easy artist to work with, super friendly, always responsive and updates you along the way!
I was actually recently having a discussion with my partner over how low Indi's prices were, and honestly both of us believe her prices are an absolute steal!

I commissioned a halloween icon for the early spirit of halloween and she finished it within days of me filling out her form! Her prices are fantastic, her customer service and communication is absolutely spot on and beyond! A lovely person and artist, an absolute joy to work with! Love her work and cannot wait to commission her again one day! ^^
