Updating after 4 years!

My last journal entry was 4 years ago, so it's about time I write a new one @_@
I'm just gonna write some news on my life, the good and the bad.
The good:
This was a while ago, but around 2012 (during my first years of graduation), I've discovered that I'm actually transgender and I finally accepted that identity. It was really good to me, because I've always knew my gender wasn't what it was expected to be, but I wasn't sure what I was. It's a great feeling to understand yourself and meet other people who are like you. I've found out that I'm non-binary (not exclusively female or male) and pangender (all genders possible to a person, including female and male). The Brazilian ALGBT groups that I was part of helped me a lot with my self-discovery! My boyfriend accepted my identity and also helped me figure things out.
Years later, I graduated in Biology with great grades! \o/ Then, I married to my boyfriend and that was the best~ We moved to another city and I loved it! This city is so much better than my hometown, it's more peaceful! The main reason for moving was because my mate got a good job here! Married life has been truly awesome :>
Some time later, I finally started working out at the gym with my mate ^^ after years of doing no exercise >_>
Also, my mate (and I) returned to the furry community, so we are making cool new friends now c:
The bad:
I graduated in Biology, but I found out that due to recent changes made by the Brazilian Biology Committee, I can't possibly get most of the Biology jobs, I can only work as a Biology teacher...the only way I can get other jobs is by getting a master's degree first. I tried two different master's degree courses, but it didn't work out due to the reason below.
My older brother got in an extremely serious traffic accident. He got a traumatic brain injury, which damaged more than half of his brain. He went into a coma and doctors said that he would never recover, that he would stay in coma forever, that it was better if he died. A lot of horrible things happened, too many to count. Family members and friends disappeared. We (a group of 3 people) stayed with him 24/7. His girlfriend eventually left him...almost a year later, after an important surgery (that no doctors said he needed it), he recovered! And he's been getting better and better now! My brother can freely move his right arm, he moves his legs quite a bit, he can eat, he can talk (needs much practice) and he can use his phone and computer! But his personality changed a lot and I'm worried that he can't store recent memories. Still, he is alive and getting better c: Those are much happier times than before!
Aside from that, I've been getting horrible nightmares and sleep paralysis episodes and I want them gone. I'm also constantly worried about the future.
